Terms and Conditions.
All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication, but we may alter prices at any time for any reason.
If you are completing a transaction from outside of New Zealand and are unsure of exchange rates, check the rates before placing your order.
If you use a credit card registered outside New Zealand, the card issuer determines the total based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. They may also charge a fee for currency conversion, so if you are unsure check with them before placing your order.
As purchaser, you will bear any risk of currency fluctuations.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund you via your original method of payment, less shipping costs. Please make sure the item is not:
a) altered or dirty;
b) damaged after purchase;
c) purchased on sale;
as we cannot accept returns in these circumstances.
All returned items will need to be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and reason for the return. Return shipping will be at your own expense and shipping and handling on these returns are non-refundable.

David Bateman Ltd makes every practical effort to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However, the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events.
New Zealand Shoppers: Allow us one day to process your order. Once dispatched, delivery should take 1-3 working days if you live in main centres or 3-5 working days for rural locations.
International Shoppers: Delivery will take slightly longer, so allow approximately 2 weeks.
If a product is found to be mis-addressed by David Bateman Ltd then David Bateman Ltd shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then David Bateman Ltd will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer. Please note that we only deliver to a street address. We are not able to deliver to a PO Box.
David Bateman Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.
